Harassment Prevention Training at the Crossroads:  New Directions for an Age Old Problem

In what may be the biggest acknowledgement of ineffective training dollars ever spent, a prestigious EEOC task force, June 20, 2016, announced that 30 years of harassment prevention efforts have failed to turn the tide on workplace harassment.  Stating that they are “deeply troubled,” the EEOC has called for a re-boot of the training methods used to address workplace harassment.

  • Those who attend this presentation will benefit in the following ways:
  • They will be provided with a briefing on the task force findings.
  • They will be alerted to three critical factors understated in the task force report.
  • They will be offered an opportunity to participate in live pilot test of a new training method being developed in response to the EEOC call to reboot anti-harassment training.
